My mission in life is to lift, level or brand up everything around me.

My passion has been over the past 15 years sales and marketing. I spent many years working in corporate world and stared my entreprenurial life after that in 2018. My experiences have given me the opportunity to speak at conferences, do seminars, write a book about personal branding ("The Brand Called You") and advise several companies.

Some people know me from founding Estonian Champagne Club. But actually even more than being a wine enthusiast, I like traveling around the world. I have visited almost 70 countries so far and am excited to explore much more. My intellectual curiosity drives me to be a lifelong learner. I am constantly reading books or listening TED talks and I like to inspire, motivate, and educate also others.

 

Over the past year, I've started two companies. One (Your Brand Up Studio) is helping my smaller and bigger customers to succeed in sales and marketing. The other one (Estonishing Stay Apartments) operates apartments in a unique way that combines the luxury of a 5* hotel stay and Airbnb smart solutions and personal approach. My goal is to disrupt the well known hospitality concept and open 200 new automated apartments during the next year.

 

I agree with Seth Godin that people don't buy goods and services, but relations, stories and magic. Because of that I'm a big fan of creating emotions, bringing the customer's voice to the table and highlighting their needs. I'm changing the world one brand at a time.
